How long does a typical engagement take?
It depends on complexity. A focused AI Act Readiness engagement typically runs 4- 12 weeks. A full Governance Operating Model build runs 12–20 weeks. We'll be specific once we understand your situation.
We already have a compliance team. Can you work with them?
Yes. We frequently work alongside in-house legal, compliance, and privacy teams. We bring AI Act-specific depth; your team brings organisational knowledge. The combination typically produces better outcomes than either alone.
What if we only need a specific piece of work?
That's fine. Not every organisation needs a full engagement. If you need a risk classification review, a specific document, or a second opinion on something your team has built, we can scope a focused piece of work. Tell us what you need.
